Hi
If a person doubt themselves most of the time, it is usually a sign of low self-concept. This means doubting their own worth, doubting their abilities, doubting their value in the world.
It must be difficult for you if that is the case. Giving a one liner solution is like putting a band-aid on a wound without understanding the condition of the wound and how much harm it can cause.

Reaching out to a mental health expert is always better than dealing with things alone. More so, when you've tried everything already. It does not mean that the person is crazy, it means that they are Human.

Hi
Consult a psychologist and talk about what is making you feel upset. It is necessary to identify the root cause of what is making you feel upset. There are times when people go through a low period. You are not alone. To feel better you will require counselling sessions. Counselling sessions will help you cultivate self-love. A psychologist will work with you to help you remove negative thoughts. A psychologist will help you feel good about yourself.
If you have symptoms that could indicate depression you can talk about it with a psychologist. The common symptoms of depression are loss of interest in activities once enjoyed, lack of sleep, feeling of hopelessness, sadness, and emptiness, and lack of energy.
You can work on identifying your positive qualities and value yourself. Be your own person and have your own opinions and values. Live your life on your terms.

Hi... It is okay to feel disappointed with oneself at times and it is also okay to not like parts of oneself. But it is not okay to hate one's own self. It happens when our world has gone upside down because we have lost something that is the basis of our existence. Few incidences in life have a potential to bring this kind of breakdown but if it is happening without any apparent reason, it is a clinical situation which requires a proper assessment by a Psychiatrist or a Psychologist.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
