Depression?
I have been observing this over a long peirod that I now laugh less than I used to. I also feel sad without any particular reason. I am also unable to interact with people on a personal level. I am doing good in life and there is no major reason for me to have such behavioral changes. Just wanted to know are these some symptoms for Depression and how do you know if it is.

The symptoms you have described suggest possible depressive episode. It is not uncommon for individuals to develop depression in the absence of stress. The medical explanation is that for some unknown reason individuals can become depressed if their serotonin levels in the brain are reduced. Hence it is called endogenous depression.
