Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Reason for lack of a memory or concentration is distraction. If your mind is pre occupied with some worries of past or anxious thoughts about future, you tend to ignore the present!! and the mindfulness.
Be positive. Just observe and analyze what's happening around you in the recent times in terms of work or career related stress or pressure, personal or relationship related issues, financial issues, lifestyle disorder etc. Any of these could be triggering such anxiety or stress.
