Hi, I can totally understand how devastating it is to see you pet being hurt. But the pills won't help for long and they can't be the answer. You will have to learn to live with the reality of the world that everyone gets hurt. And what do you know, your pet may even start feeling better after a while. Why don't you try counseling? It's always healthy to talk about how you feeling and your fears. You can connect with me if you like regarding this issue.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I understand how this can be extremely difficult for you right now. Please know that the sadness, or emotions you are feeling right now, are okay and completely normal. Grieving is a normal process, and it's okay to feel upset and worried through such an experience. Before we jump into the medication or "pills" you can take, you first need to check in with yourself. Try and express your concerns, worries and emotions to someone close to you. You can also journal and write down what you are experiencing. Make sure to give yourself some time and space to feel what you are feeling, before dismissing them. I would also suggest that you consider seeking help through therapy. While therapy is seen as a process that helps only when you have a diagnosed condition, it can also help a lot with emotional regulation, if you're going through concerns such a this.

Hi, Hope your pet is doing better and recovering. And same with you too. Its quite natural to cry when someone close to us get hurt and feel bad about the situation. Thats going to be temporary as the situation gets improved things will be back to normal. Pills are going to make you feel better for the time being but the reality is something different. You need to develop coping mechanisms to deal with such situations and get better eventually.
