Sir I am depressed without particularly no reason... I m alltime thinking about my depression.. so I can't concentrate any work.. this is happen only when I was thinking about it... For example I think I have breathing problem...But this is actually not happened.. and I always thinking about it and feeling bad .. what should I do ??
