I ve been suffering from depression and my doctor prescribed me Zotral(sertraline hcl tablets) 100mg. And im 10weeks pregnant. Will there be a effect to my unborn child ?

Please inform your doctor about your pregnancy before you decide to continue with the treatment. tablets are not advisable. your doctor should tell you about the pros and cons.
