Depression and anxiety

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Sir/Madam. I am taking tab. Escitalopram 20 mg, tab. Propranolol 40mg and tab Divalprox 250 mg since 20days after my doctor change prescribed that. I am taking antidepressant and Propranolol since 1. 2 years. Now i am felling jealous from my sister and i fell no one loves me in family. Also i have some thoughts of suicide and negetive thinking when i go to the bed for sleep.. Pls help me.
