Hi
You feel depressed during the rainy season. You also feel anxious and your mood is low. The monsoon season can change a persons mood. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about how you feel during monsoon. It is necessary to know if you are working from home or in office. It is also necessary to know if you are living alone or with family.
With a psychologist you can talk about your lifestyle and energy levels. You mentioned that your SGPT and SGOT levels are high. Consult a doctor and get a health check up done. Consume healthy meals and avoid having foods that contain too much salt. Also indulge in regular physical activity. It is important to manage stress and keep your mind calm.
During monsoon a person is most of the time stuck at home. Keeping the mind calm and managing stress levels will help you.

It happens die to decrease of serotin level ..do sunbasking 20 min morning and evening.Get comfortable. You can lie on your back in bed or on the floor with a pillow under your head and knees. ...
Breathe in through your nose. Let your belly fill with air.
Breathe out through your nose.
Place one hand on your belly. ...
As you breathe in, feel your belly rise. ...
Take three more full, deep breaths
During monsoon or rainy days the serotonin levels decrease due to the lack of sunshine. You feel low or demotivated to do anything because heavy rain keeps you inside. People who are outgoing or extroverts tend to feel even more depressed as compared to introverts.
So to get rid of it you should strictly follow few things like-
1. Make a time table which you will follow daily.
2. Do one activity of your interest eg. reading , drawing etc
3. Exercise indoors
4. Resist the urge to isolate
5. Breathing exercises for 15 mins
6. Share your thoughts with your friends or family
