Depressed and low confide
I am not able to sleep at night inspite of being tired. Even if i sleep, i wake up after a few hours. I was a social person before but not anymore. I like to keep everything to myself. I can't trust anyone. I hardly get excited or very happy. I don't like to talk now. I feel better when left alone. Parents are getting a little worried so consulted. Is there anything wrong with me??

Are u not concerned  about ur routine which is affected? !! Are you interested  because ur parents are concerned,  Or do find any challenges by that pattern.!!!! I think  though u r a student ,  you are old enough to make decisions for yourself and seek clarity.

You can consult a Psychologist in ur city and understand yourself and ur future.

Hello there.... I went through your query..... Take steps to control stress, to increase your resilience and boost your self-esteem. Reach out to family and friends, especially in times of crisis, to help you weather rough spells. Get treatment at the earliest sign of a problem to help prevent depression from worsening. Consider getting long-term maintenance treatment to help prevent a relapse of symptoms.... Consult Psychiatrist....
