Dear Dr,
I'm 34 yr old & have endometriosis. My LMP was in Dec 2020.. On 4th Jan 2021, I had depo provera injection.. Heard from my gyno that I'll not have periods for next 3 mths n should repeat injection for every 3 months.. however I had periods for more than 10 days on 11th Feb 2021and I am planning not to continue as I'm gaining weight n other side effects im facing. It's already 4th month and I did not get my periods and have dull pain in my abdomen at times.. what should I do?

If you don't want to continue that injection, you can try other contraceptive methods, and as you are having these problems you can consider using combined oral contraceptive pills.
