Dear Dr, I'm 34 yr old & have endometriosis. My LMP was in Dec 2020.. On 4th Jan 2021, I had depo provera injection.. Heard from my gyno that I'll not have periods for next 3 mths n should repeat injection for every 3 months.. however  I had periods for more than 10 days on 11th Feb 2021and I am planning not to continue as I'm gaining weight n other side effects im facing. It's already 4th month and I did not get my periods and have dull pain in my abdomen at times.. what should I do?

If you don't want to continue that injection, you can try other contraceptive methods, and as you are having these problems you can consider using combined oral contraceptive pills. Tab. Unwanted 21(ethinyl estradiol 0.03mg+levonorgestrel 0.15mg)
