Which brand tooth paste you use is never an important factor in maintaining proper oral health. It's always the technique that matters. Try getting educated from a dentist, the correct method of brushing teeth. Though it is a simple thing, many people do it wrong and it causes more damage than good.
Health Tips
Brush twice every day. Use mouthwash and practice flossing. Use soft bristles tooth brush. Get a dental checkup every 6 months.

The most important aspect for you is ensuring good oral hygiene by appropriate Brushing technique, choice of toothbrush bristles (preferably soft), duration of brushing (2.5-3min),changing your toothbrush every 3months or earlier if worn off. Also, rinsing after food to prevent food accumulation.
