Hello... These sizes vary for all teeth and also vary according to age..
In my humble opinion if you have any issues/ concerns regarding your teeth, it's better to get a consultation from a dentist.

It is an absurd question in itself--- mainly because the thickness of enamel and dentin varies from tooth to tooth in the same patient, and more importantly because this thickness doesn't have any practical significance unless you have a direct question related to it.
