Dental problems
I have dental problems after delivery. My teeth becomes discoloured and 4 teeth becomes softened and enamel decays. Delivery was on December and it happened after 10 days.i am not take calcium tablet after delivery. This time calcium level is 9.6 and b12 and vit d is 185 and 20.I have other problems also body pain skin itching greying .

Oral care is extremely important during pregnancy also. You should now get your scaling done and if there are any cavities they should be filled. Most procedures can be safely done now although you may need to avoid antibiotics etc as you maybe feeding your baby. You can take supplements as your doctor has advised but do not worry minor deficiencies do not affect your teeth in any way
