  4. Dental Pain. Ago but it isn't helping.

My teeth have been paining for the past three days but it was not very severe. I had a root canal last December but i got a zirconium cap fixed only last monday. The tooth with the cap is not paining but the tooth under it is paining. My kid brother punched me and the pain is worse since. I had a combiflam an hour ago but it isn't helping.

Better to visit an Endodontist, he will take an xray to confirm any injury to the tooth underneath the cap or completeness of root canal treatment
