I have sensitive tooth which i got covered up with filling but it still pain and now i have sensation all over my face brain and on the same side of sensitive tooth

Hello this looks like the decay was deep please get an x ray done if the filling is close to the pulp of the tooth meanwhile take tablet ketorol dt twice a day till you visit your dentist again
