Although the reduction of the teeth is very conservative when componeers are used, still the teeth will not have their natural original shape and size if and when the componeers are removed or the composite build up is removed. So even if you opt for Ortho treatment, tooth movement can be accomplished but the shape and size of the teeth will not have their original natural form.
Normally we go for aesthetics camouflage treatments when we have to avoid Ortho treatment for any reason.
So opting for Ortho treatment after having done those componeers would not be a logical step in totality.
Regards.
