My child is very non cooperative, and freighted of the dentist. I visited one dentist, but he severely refused to sit in the chair for diagnosis. So I am in search of an alternative method to go for dental treatment like "general anaesthesia" and best best facilities available in Delhi, Bangalore of or any other city.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Having been a parent in the same experience, it would make more sense to find a child friendly dentist where they visit the dentist for a few catch up sessions before they start the oral examination sessions.
Tooth extraction under sedation is still done however sedation/ anaesthesia for just examination would be excessive.
