Dengue with mild ascites & jaundice
My father was diagnosed with dengue on 6th of Nov he was hospitalized on 8th of Nov and with ultrasound diagnosed with mild ascites and grade 2 Liver with symptoms of excessive body pain and SGOT and SGPT around 150-180 and with medication his LFT goes on increasing along with Bilirubin. His SGOT reached 1200 then we shifted him to another hospital as he was not in his senses while talking. We came to Lucknow PGI ICU and admitted him again and his treatment started his LFT SGOT get back to 350 and PLATELETS was around 77k then doctor told you can take him home and treat him with oral medicines but he is unable to swallow anything even meds swallowing is hard and extreme uneasiness. Please guide me what i should do? Meds Udiliv 200 Cefixime 200 Doxycycline 100mg Pantop DSR
