My baby boy 4yr 7month old got vaccination (DTP) on sep28.
Yesterday he midnight fever of 101 :i gave him parawel syrup with 6hrs gap 3times.
Today dctr done dengue test
Ns1 is negative
Igm is mild positive
IgG is negative
Platest count 237(10power 3 /ul)
Dctr said he had past file of dengue.but my baby didnt get any symptoms upto yesterday night?my question is DTP vaccine provides antibodies..that shows the dengue igm mild positive (plz clarify)

DPT vaccine does not cause dengue antibodies to become positive. Dengue IgM is a good test for dengue. The tests can be repeated after 5 days of fever as IgM is more likely to come positive after that time. Do it from a good standard lab
