Demographic urticaria
Can i take atarax 10 for long time ?.as my symptoms of demographic urticaria is not curing! If not thans suggest other antihistamine for long time use with minimum side-effects if required . i am taking atarax 10 daily at night and almost the symptoms are nil.but if dont take than symptoms come .

Hii.. Any medicine should not take for long time.. Need complete evaluation and history for accurate diagnosis, After that  correct treatment options can be provided Better to take allergy test to find out the items those are causing this urticaria Use calamine lotion and levosiz tablets for now So kindly consult on-line for further evaluation and prescription

Urticaria is like diabetes When you take diabetes meds, sugar is controlled Same for urticaria Luckily unlike diabetes it just goes away by self 2-5 years However this is true after all reasons for Urticaria have been ruled out and treated
