Delayed speech and behavioral issues
My child who  just turned five years, have delayed speech, limited eye contact and behavioral issues. He closes his ears with both hands and cry, as if going through some unbearable noise or headache. He is also anxiety issues. He seems intelligent in using the smartphone, but other than that he do not follow any instruction. I would like some one here to suggest the course of action.

I suggest you to consult a psychologist, who can do the assessment and support you both as parents, and the remedial methods. You could also  search for "Special Educators" in the city you live in...
