Im a night shift worker, i work from home till about 3am, and lately I've been having falling asleep till 9am. It keeps getting pushed further and further till i wake up at 5 or 6pm. It is hampering my social life. No issue with sleep quality. I think i have DSPS. Please help so i can sleep again at 4am or so.
