Delayed periods
My periods are delayed for more than 10 days. I don't want to take any medication to get it as it causes lot of side effects. Please advise if there is any natural way to induce my delayed periods. I am also sexually active but there are no chances of pregnancy.

Do a simple Urine test to rule of pregnancy , .. If negative , wait for 15 days , Taking a simple progesterone withdrawal usually doesnt cause any side effects Make sure your weight is under control , to prevent this kinda period irregularities from occurring in the future

Do a urine pregnancy test to confirm the cause of delay. No natural  way except to wait ..
