This is a common experience. For the itching try using a dusting powder containing Terbinafine. Keep your vaginal area dry. Carry a toilet paper roll with you if possible.
For delayed periods we need to do a session online- over Skype / FaceTime. Need a detailed history.
Next Steps
Carry a hand sanitizer with you. Use particularly after using a public wash room.
Health Tips
Do not use any cream that contains a steroid( beclomethasone/ betamethasone/ hydrocortisone). It may make matters worse.
Nothing to worry about

Kindly visit a gynecologist so that you can be assessed and undergo the necessary investigation to find the underlying cause of the problem. Maintain hygiene, keep the area dry, avoid moisture in the area and don't reuse already worn clothes. The following lifestyle changes may help with having a regular period:
- Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food
- Exercise regularly
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation
- Maintain a healthy body and diet
- Have vegetable juices
- Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet
- Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit.
Kindly visit the gynecologist
