In this month I have still not got my periods & today is 43rd day.I had a pregnancy test done at home on 18Sep which was negative & did the B-HCG blood test the same day & the value is less than 0.5mlU/ml. This is the first time it has got delayed. I am married & my husband is mostly out of town & has come down recently n we had sex after almost 6months. Kindly suggest.

Autoimmune disease can be completely reversed by addressing the root cause of the problem.Thyroid pill can only mask the TSH for sometime but doesn't do anything to heal the root cause of the problem which is not in your thyroid. Any  Autoimmune issue esp Thyroid disease is completely reversible in my experience. I have reversed not only my own autoimmune  disease but have helped hundreds of women heal their hormone Imbalances and achieve healty natural pregnancies. It's frustrating to see that so many women are suffering and not getting the right information. It can be reversed not by masking the symptoms with drugs but by addressing the root cause of the problem. Needs root cause evaluation with further investigations...Can be healed with diet changes, lifestyle changes, self care and Detoxification.Hope this helps.
