Delayed period
Hello Doctor,
My wife had menses last time on January 18, 2017 then she went on doing scanning and found that she ovulated on 6th February ( her periods are usually irregular).
We are trying for a baby now and we had intercourse a couple of days before ovulation.
Since, then she did not have menses and pregnancy test (using pregnancy kit) also proved negative today.
Please, help us out to understand what could be wrong or what to expect ?

Hello.
I understand that you have most of the things correct.
But with every month the chance of pregnancy is only 7-10%. So inspite of doing everything correct the chances of getting pregnant are so low.
Keep the faith.
Consult reproductive endocrinologist or Infertility specialist.
