Delayed menstrual
My age is 23 . My periods are delayed for no reason it should happen 19 or 20 of jan but today its 31 of jan m sexually active so i hv done urine test 4 times at some interval of days but every time its negative ..m really worried that what could b d possible reason for this ..it is first time its delayed before dis my periods wad regular properly.

Causes of delayed periods cn be medication , stress ,pcos , thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance , ovarian cysts and of course pregnancy.
