See u should compare ur periods with ur own. There are no perfect rules as to how many days u should bleed. If they r irregular from the start then it's OK. But earlier if they were regular n then the pattern has changed yes then u can treat it

Hi, irregular and less menses are because of hormonal imbalance. You need blood tests and a sonography. I advise you to consult with your Gynaecologist
