I get my periods very delayed like about 2 to 3 months late. i am so worried. i read that it is not good if periods are delayed for myself as well as for the children in the future

If your periods are irregular. Either your ovulation is not regular or you have thyroid / hormonal imbalance .get them checked with your gynecologist. If problem persists , it's difficult to get pregnant not that it's bad for children.
