Delay in monthly cycle
My monthly cycle is delayed by 10 days and I'm feeling tiredness, weakness, fast breathing and regular cramps in pelvic area as well as back and legs from the period date. Body temperature remains little more than normal. I am married since 4 months and my home pregnancy test was negative done on 9th day of delay(Last Period dates : 4th March 2020, 2nd Feb 2020, 30th dec 2019...). I am not taking any ipill. My prolactin is 39 and haemoglobin is 12.5. LH is 8.6 and FSH is 4.13 as tested on 9th day of delay. All other parameters like CBC count, vitamin D and B12 , thyroid, glucose level, iron, urine analysis, etc. are normal. What should I do? Are there any chances of pregnancy? Shall I go for pregnancy blood test or urine test is enough?
