Deficiency of hemoglobin
I had an test for hemoglobin and it came to be 7. due to this i am facing many problems. my blood cells count is also very low. i face a continuous weakness in in body. if a perform certain work for some hrs more my whole body starts paining. i also faint sometimes and my studying efficiency is also getting affected. there is a constant head ache. please suggest me what should i do. i have tried eating everything for this but nothing has worked. please suggest me ways.

before starting any medication, please get thoroughly evaluated for cause of your low blood value.(anemia). there can be many causes, most common in your age group being either iron deficiency or blood loss anemia. after evaluation you can take medication accordingly. you will need supplementation for some time as value of 7 is really worrisome. later your dietary modifications may work
