Hemoglobin
I have been struggling with shortness of breath for the past 4 years along with chest pain but chest pain comes occasionally. I have been to a cardiologist done ECG and Echo but reports are normal every time, went to pulmonologist done X-ray scan chest PA digital, pulmonary function test everything was normal except that my IgE levels were very high they gave me medicine for my allergies but not much improvements, and I also thought it might be due to anxiety or stress so I have even consulted a psychologist but no use,and recently I visited gynecologist and when they did my hemoglobin test it was 10.5 so on my mind I thought that I have never thought of checking my iron and vitamin.Maybe I might have anemia which I'm not sure. Could this be the reason why I'm still struggling with my shortness of breath and feeling fatigued all the time? Tired of going around doing tests for the past 4 years .

Next Steps
