Deep thigh skins are becoming so thin.
1. There is no itching and irritation, in my opinion, not a ringworm. 2. skin becoming so thin that even I can see veins to the naked eye. 3. For me, it seems like the muscle inside the skin is depleting(muscles are not smooth like other parts of the body, there are ups and down.) I felt it on touching. 4. Using panderm +, but no benefit. 5. I'm not able to figure out what the hell is this!!!, if it's not ringworm.

Your skin has thinned out due to Panderm plus. It contains strong steroid which cause skin atrophy and should not be used. You may have also developed stretch marks which you have described. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment advice.
