If person not response any antidepresion tablet ,electroconvulsive therapy is given to person is respons or not and it is permanent solution or temporary solution

Hi from what you describe it seems that you're talking about depression and is not getting better with antidepressants. There are guidelines on treatment of depression. Depression responds well to ECT. It is a short term treatment. Once depression improves with ECT medicines will help.
