For the past few days(3 days) I’ve been feeling a spinning sensation in my head during sleep, especially while dreaming or when I suddenly wake up. It feels like dizziness or movement inside my head. I’m not sure if it’s due to anxiety, tiredness, or my current medicine (Dedep Plus). Could this be a side effect, and can you please advise if I need to adjust the dose or take any tests?
I'm using Dedep plus tablet last 3 days (doctor prescibed).

Okay it's a combination of escitalopram and Clonazepam
If you are feeling excess sedation, dizziness during day time, you can take escitalopram only
