I have been suffering from frequent urinating, burning sensation in penis and toes for 2 months.Urologist has said no urinary problem without doing cystoscopy but performed CT scan, Ultrasonography,Urine culture,Routine Urine analysis,Uroflowmetry,x-ray.Everything is normal.The alkaline phosphate is higher than normal 337 IU/L.Platelet count is also decreasing from 260000per cumm to 199000 per cumm in one month.Other CBC blood count is normal.Do I need to go for cystoscopy immediately?
