Decreased HDL levels
What should I do to increase my HDL levels ? My HDL is 33. Which indicates risk factor. I am suffering from Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus for the last 19 years

Take things easy. You are doing fine. HDL is one of the many possible risk factors. So don't be anxious.Good diabetic control with proper diet and physical activity is enough.
