Darkness around mouth

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I don't know when this problem exactly started but because of this darkness around my mouth I couldn't wear any lip color.basically this is just awkward.i want to know the reason .is this pigmentation? Basically I have dark complexion.and what can I do to get rid of this?
