Greetings. It is first important to know if this is your natural color of the lips or they have darkened due to tanning / vitamin deficiency / smoking etc. See a dermatologist for proper evaluation regarding the same. It may be tough to change a naturally dark complexion, may be lightened to some extent by some creams / peels. Further queries may be sent on follow up messaging. Warm regards
