Dark underarms back butt
I face very odd situation while wearing sleeveless or backless because of uneven dark pigmentation of skin. The darker region of my skin are underarms, back, butt, pubic and thigh . I am dusky and also don't use bleach creams of any kind or deodorant directly to those areas. What is the solution to get them even toned?

These are areas where melanin concentration wil be more compared to other areas . It is genetically programmed depending on the race . If the pigmentation is very high it could be due to overweight or hormonal abnormalities . We will have to evaluate you by examination and get certain blood tests also. Skin lightening agents can be tried upon later on depending on the cause.
