Dark spots on face recently

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Its been a month i shifted to Bangalore and 3 weeks back could see cluster of pimples on both my cheeks . Never had acne or pimple problem this is the first time . Now the pimples are dried up but have left reddish and black spots . Please help me get rid of those dark spots
