I am experiencing couple of small dark spots floating in front of my eyes (eye floater) from past 4-5 days. They move as I look around, can anybody
suggest any remedy to get rid of this.
Is it something that I need to worry about? What precautions should I take, if any

Hello
Your symptoms are suggestive of floaters
These appear due to condensation of collagen fibrils present in the vitreous cavity of eye
These are benign and don't need treatment
Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards

Occasional floaters are usually normal and seen commonly in the population. You may notice that you see them especially in brightly lit areas and when you look at the sky.
If they are associated with flashes of light (like a camera flash) or reduced cousin or they are many in number/ sudden increase in floaters, it is advisable to get a retinal evaluation done. Else it's quite innocuous
Next Steps
don't worry too much about it if you don't have the above symptoms.
usually they are nonpathological and are called m uscae volitntentes. needs no treatment, just omit them but if your vision is also affected then you must get your fundus exam done by an ophthalmologist.
