Dark pigmention
30 year old mechanical engineer doing job since 5 years in saudi arabia is having dark colored spots (jhaai) on his both cheeks.
Dark circles too. Wrinkles are also strted.

a good sunscreen with spf 50 + will prevent further aggravation of melasma and wrinkles as well as dark circle. but you should have good diet rich in fruits an vegetables. keep yourself hydrated. take atleast 7-8 hr sleep. avoid excess exposure to sun.
