Hi
Please use a lip balm containing SPF frequently. Do not lick or pick at the skin of the lips as this may worsen the condition. Avoid too much tea and coffee and dark pigmented lip sticks as these also increase the pigmentation. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables as they contain antioxidants and bioflavonoid to help reduce the colour.
A Q yag Laser treatment will help to reduce the pigmentation however multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results. The treatment is safe and not painful. Mild redness and swelling may be seen post treatment for a couple of hours.
