Dark patches around neck
Hi I have dark patches around neck since 20week.Doctor said chance of developing gestation diabetes in last sem.I am now 24 week and yet to do gtt in 28 week.Though the fasting glucose levels was 72 in the blood test done in week 24.Is there any other reason for black patch

It’s due to hormonal changes during pregnancy. It will slowly disappear after delivery.
