Dark neck skin, pollution
My skin absorbs a lot of dustvand pollution and thus looks so dark abd dull though how much i cleanse it daily.... And my neck skin is so dark that doesn't match my face colour at all!!!!

I would suggest u to meet a good dermatologist/cosmetologist. A detailed analysis of your skin and management plan can be made to reach your goals. Advice- use regulat sunscteen with minimum SPF 50 every 4-6hrs during daylight hours.
