Dark marks under eyes
Ive dark circles under my eyes which is toooo dark and recently a dermatologist suggest me to use novo white..... Will it clear offf those marks or is there any other way to clear those marks

DARK CIRCLES USUALLY TAKE TIME TO RESOLVE AND ARE MAINLY DUE TO SLEEP DISTURBANCES , DIETING, LACK OF ADEQUATE FOOD INTAKE
OTHER WAYS FOR ITS REMOVAL IS USE OF LASERS WHICH HAVE TO BE DONE UNDER SUPERVISION OR BY A QUALIFIED DERMATOLOGIST ONLY
