Dark lips problem
Sir i am having darklips, and almost around 2 months i am using Hydralips for 3 times per day....But I didn't identify any changes on my lips yet.I just identified only that dry lips became moisturize now ....Otherwise it still black and very dark...I don't have smoking habits and all...Can you please guide me wheather this hydralips okay for me or i have to change? And how to clean lips ?
