My inner thighs and inside my buttocks is Darker then my normal skin color can you tell me whats wrong

Skin over there is mostly balck over there but if there is a black skin along with itching over there then it is fungal infection...and its have an tendency to spread so its better to control at these stage only...and avoid to apply modern skin cream because it reduce inmunity over there once it will get treat means it become nrml but there is a very high chance of recurrence...and local hygiene is very important as important as medicines...
