Dark circles near eyes

Hi,I am 32 years old and have got very dark circles around my eyes since many years..I have tried few eye creams but no luck... Please help!!!!

Dr.Yogesh Here According to ayurveda the problem is due to excess heat and pitta dominancy in the body. it also may be due to lake of sound sleep. try to meditate. it is suggested to take Avipattikar churna 1 spoon at night with warm water. sarivadyasav 2 tsf with warm water after food. application of shatavari ghrutam on the affected area. get massage done regularly for 10 days.
